Workshops, knowledge transfer and technical adoption
Designing the architecture is not enough if the team cannot sustain it. I support adoption: I review the technical detail, unblock teams and translate between business, architecture and implementation.
I design and deliver technical workshops for teams that need to land AI on Azure. So far: 100 hours delivered, workshops of up to 60 attendees, and around 20 components deployed. Not abstract theory sessions: the goal is not that they understand the technology, but that they can deploy and run it to enterprise standards.
